Shipping and payment conditions
Order process
If you would like to order an item, you can add it to the shopping cart using the corresponding button. You can now either continue the ordering process or add more items to your shopping cart. You can use the link on the top right “to the shopping cart” to see which items are in your shopping cart at any time. Here you can also delete items or order the shopping cart. Once the ordering process has been completed, unfortunately nothing can be changed. If you would like to order more later, simply place a new order and not pay for the old one. This will then expire automatically or you can send us a quick email so that we can delete the order. The same applies to the payment method. If you later want to change the payment method, for example from credit card to cash, this can only be done by placing a new order.
Shipping
The shipping costs generally depend on the quantity, value, weight and recipient country of the items ordered. Therefore, these cannot be stated as a blanket, but are calculated individually. The shipping costs can of course be viewed in a summary before completing an order. To do this, please put all the items you want in your shopping cart and fill out your personal details. Only then can the shipping costs be calculated and displayed.
Please note that the shipping costs are the total costs for shipping, i.e. not just the pure postage costs, but also the costs for the packaging material and handling. We also ensure that shipping is as CO2-neutral as possible.
Shipping processing
After payment, the goods will be shipped with DHL within a few working days (usually 1-2 working days after receipt of payment). If an item is not currently in stock, it may take some time. If it takes longer, we will of course inform you immediately and reserve the right to make partial deliveries. We always ensure that you receive your goods as quickly as possible and that you enjoy them.
Delivery always takes place in a neutral envelope without any indication of the contents or sender! So there is nothing about fetish, gay or Sk8erboy on the cover!
If the delivery does not arrive or there are other problems, please contact us using the contact form or the usual channels.
Please note that you must clear the delivery yourself and pay taxes if this has not already been done. This affects all non-EU and third countries.
You can find further information about our shipping partner DHL here .
Incorrect deliveries/defective goods/exchanges/returns
Unfortunately, not everything always goes smoothly, even if we always try. If you receive a delivery that does not contain the desired items, the delivery or goods are damaged, or there are other complaints, we would ask you to send a short email using the contact form. Please contact us immediately after receiving the goods, as we may not be able to take late reports into account. You will then receive a replacement delivery promptly. As a rule, we will ask you to return the goods in question as proof.
An exchange of the goods or a return is generally possible, but only if the goods are in their original packaging and undamaged. Please contact us and you will receive a return address. Be sure to note the sender and enclose a copy of the invoice so that we can correctly assign the return shipment! You will then either receive a refund of the purchase price (excluding postage) or, if you wish, a voucher for the corresponding amount for a future order from us.
Payment options
We generally only accept advance payment due to bad experiences in the past, i.e. we must receive payment in full before the shipment is sent. You can choose between the following payment options:
Credit card - the fastest and easiest way
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. Only the neutral name of our billing company appears on the credit card statement. So nothing about gay or fetish. After entering and checking the data, the order is considered paid and can be shipped immediately. A significant advantage over bank transfers and sending cash. If payment does not work despite entering the correct data, we ask you to pay with another of the payment options offered. Sometimes cards, especially from abroad, are not accepted for unknown reasons.
We also offer you the following common payment methods in our online shop in connection with the easy processing of your order:
- PayPal
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- Amazon Pay
- Immediate transfer/Klarna
- Shop Pay (by Shopify)
- Direct debit
disposal
Separate collection of old devices
Electrical and electronic equipment that has become waste is referred to as old equipment. Owners of old devices must collect them separately from unsorted municipal waste. In particular, old devices do not belong in the household waste, but in special collection and return systems.
Batteries and accumulators
Owners of old devices must generally separate old batteries and accumulators that are not enclosed in the old device from the old device before handing it over to a collection point. This does not apply if the old devices are handed over to public waste disposal companies and separated there from other old devices for the purpose of preparation for reuse.
Options for returning old devices
Owners of old devices from private households can hand them in at the collection points of the public waste disposal authorities or at the collection points set up by manufacturers or distributors in accordance with the ElektroG. You can find an online directory of collection and return points here:
www.ear-system.de/ear-katalog/sammel-und-ruecknahmestellen.jsf
Data protection notice
Old devices often contain sensitive personal data. This applies in particular to information and telecommunications technology devices such as computers and smartphones. In your own interest, please note that each end user is responsible for deleting the data on the old devices to be disposed of.
Meaning of the “crossed-out trash can” symbol
The symbol of a crossed-out garbage can, which is regularly shown on electrical and electronic devices, indicates that the respective device must be collected separately from unsorted municipal waste at the end of its service life.
Below these symbols you will also find the following symbols with the following meaning:
Pb:Battery contains lead
Cd:Battery contains cadmium
Hg:Battery contains mercury
